Greece has yet to address its flawed, constant use of immigration detention, leading to violations of the human right to liberty. Refugee Support Aegean (RSA) reiterates longstanding concerns around detention of refugees and migrants in its latest contribution to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, responsible for monitoring compliance with related European Court of Human Rights judgments in the M.D. v. Greece group of cases.<\/p>
