Refugees in Greece still face breaches of their human rights on account of systemic shortcomings of the Greek asylum system. RSA and Stiftung PRO ASYL document persisting gaps in the asylum process and reception conditions in their latest contribution to the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers, responsible for supervising the country\u2019s compliance with the seminal M.S.S. v. Belgium and Greece judgment delivered by the European Court of Human Rights. The Committee of Ministers will examine the case in its June 2025 meeting.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
